How these numbers are sourced
Every figure on this site was read from the bank's own published terms, on the date printed next to it. Nothing is estimated, and nothing is quoted from another comparison site.
Where a figure comes from
Every bonus amount, deposit requirement, qualifying window and fee on this site was read from the issuing bank's own offer page or its published fee schedule and account disclosure. The link to that page, and the date it was read, sit at the bottom of every episode.
Nothing is copied from another comparison site. Where two of a bank's own pages disagree with each other — which happens more than you would expect — the disagreement is the story, and both numbers are shown.
Why every page is dated
A published offer can change or expire without an announcement, and a video keeps being watched long after that. The capture date is printed next to the number rather than buried, so you can tell at a glance whether what you are reading is still current, and check it against the source in one click.
What this is not
This is a comparison of published terms. It is not financial, investment or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation about your particular situation. Where an episode runs tax against a bonus, it uses a stated rate as an illustration — your own rate is yours to know.
Money
Interest Desk has no affiliate relationship with any bank named on this site and is paid nothing by them. If that ever changes, it will say so here and in the video itself, next to the recommendation.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong or has gone stale, it gets corrected and the change is dated on the page rather than quietly edited. Write to corrections@interestdesk.com.
